CELFE’s Executive Director, Theresa Hawley, presented at the Division for Early Childhood’s Annual International Conference on Young Children with Disabilities and Their Families in Portland, OR, in collaboration with Afton Partners. Their presentation focused on understanding the full costs of serving young children in Early Intervention (EI) and Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE).
