Dr. Christina Krasov

Senior Fellow

Christina is a Senior Fellow at CELFE with 15 years of leadership experience in Chicago’s education sector. After receiving her PhD from the University of Chicago, she was recruited by the Boston Consulting Group where she learned strategy and management consulting skills for Fortune 500 companies and conducted pro bono work for local nonprofits. Christina began her nonprofit career as an evaluator for a Chicago Public Schools program where she helped create a data pipeline for educators to use in their classroom. She later joined the executive leadership team at the YMCA, where she used assessments and data collection to elevate the quality of early childhood programs across the Chicago region. She has spent much of her career working collaboratively with early childhood funders, government agencies, higher ed, and research and advocacy organizations to further workforce quality and child development outcomes.
