Overview
We are building a movement to strengthen the field of ECEC financing in partnership with states, researchers, advocates, and providers. CELFE’s work is designed to help states and localities think about financing strategies to build quality programs, stabilize care for families, and support the ECEC workforce. Changing the conversation requires engaging people across our field who bring different experiences and expertise while also looking outside early childhood to learn from other systems of care. CELFE listens, and we ask questions as a foundation for our work.
How CELFE partners for impact:
- Our Partner Organizations deepen our work- and our shared processes, resources, and technical innovations
- Our State and Community Partners help us to drive impact to ensure that all children and families have access to the highest quality ECEC services
- Our Funders and Philanthropic Partners make our work possible. Their support and partnership move this work forward.
Our efforts include producing open-source tools to guide transformative financing strategies and facilitating conversations on best practices.
