Early learning decision making is strengthened when infrastructure and data systems reflect the needs of communities. As the second webinar in CELFE’s Mixed Delivery Series: From Patchwork to Systems, this session explores how states and cities are using regional structures and integrated data to guide early education policy. Panelists will highlight Michigan’s regional infrastructure and its use of community input, and examine the role of systems like the Chicago Early Childhood Integrated Data System (CECIDS) in answering key questions about access, equity, and outcomes.
