From Data to Impact outlines a four-tier framework for advancing analysis of participation, access, and equity across publicly funded early childhood programs in Chicago and Illinois. The framework was developed through collaboration among research, data, and policy partners, including the Center for Early Learning Funding Equity (CELFE), the Chicago Early Childhood Education Integrated Data System (CECIDS), Early Childhood Research Alliance of Chicago (EC*REACH), the Illinois Early Childhood Asset Map (IECAM), the Illinois Workforce and Education Research Collaborative (IWERC), and NORC at the University of Chicago. It is intended to support alignment across philanthropy and public agencies.
