Overview
In May 2022, Center for Early Learning Funding Equity (CELFE) began conducting a multi-state examination of strategies implemented with COVID-19 stabilization funds—Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES), Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA), and American Rescue Plan Act (ARP). The intent of this project was to capture learnings and longer-term implications of innovative and effective infrastructure investments to inform the future of state and federal policy change for Early Childhood Education and Care.
