Overview
Early care and education (ECE) is dramatically underfunded across the U.S. Yet, public investment in ECE varies tremendously between states, resulting in disparate access to quality care for families depending on their zip code. The Center for Early Learning Funding Equity and the Stanford Center on Early Childhood present new findings from our Shortchanged Project and the RAPID Survey Project.
