Our Foundational Contracts webinar will start to dig into this vexing policy problem by exploring the use of foundational grants as one investment approach that is already working to raise workforce compensation and improve program quality while also increasing access to affordable care for families.

Panelists will discuss the overall strategy and share findings from a pilot study in Illinois that aims to expand equitable access to high quality and affordable center-based child care by providing a predictable, stable funding stream to providers to raise wages and improve program quality.
