In this CELFE webinar, panelists discuss how advocates can use state-by-state data from the Shortchanged Project and NIEER’s State of Preschool Yearbook to inform and influence early learning funding and policy decisions. Building on prior introductions to these resources, the session focuses on practical strategies for using state profiles, rankings, and advocacy tools to shape messaging, engage decision-makers, and support effective policy design at the state level.
