Araceli Duran joined CELFE in 2024 as a Program and Administrative Support Associate. She brings more than six years of experience working in the nonprofit and corporate sectors to this role. As a program and project management professional, she has successfully overseen the execution and delivery of various large-scale projects, initiatives, and events. Araceli has previously worked at organizations such as The Posse Foundation, IES Abroad, and Alford Group, where she worked to streamline operational processes, facilitated communication across various diverse stakeholders, and conducted data analysis and reporting.

Araceli’s dedication and commitment to supporting education in Chicago is evident in both her professional career and personal life. She has served as an ESL tutor for adults, mentored young adults in high school and college access programs, and served on the alumni committee of her high school and a local nonprofit. She is passionate about supporting mission-driven work and access to high-quality education in Chicago.
