Her unique perspective allows for an understanding of systemic racial, economic, and gender injustice present in early childhood systems. Autumn is passionate about elevating the narratives and experiences of early childhood workers, seamlessly merging data and storytelling to highlight the essential roles and unique challenges faced by caregivers and teachers.

Excited about the opportunity to integrate her experiences as a caregiver, policy researcher, and advocate at CELFE, Autumn is committed to transforming the early learning system and driving equitable public investment in early childhood funding.

Autumn holds a Master's degree in Social Work, Policy and Administration from the University of Chicago's Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice and a Bachelor of Arts in Education Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
