Autumn Srisengfa works to make early childhood education funding more equitable, efficient, and transparent. Her work bridges research and practice — translating data and the experiences of educators and caregivers into tools that system leaders can act on.
At CELFE, she partners with state agencies and providers to design cost models, salary scales for the workforce, and funding strategies. She has supported this work in Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Hawaii, Colorado, Wyoming, and Illinois.
Autumn holds a Master's degree in Social Work, Policy, and Administration from the University of Chicago's Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. She also holds a Certificate in Education Finance from Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy.
