Denali Dasgupta

CECIDS Research Fellow

Denali Dasgupta is a Research Fellow at the Chicago Integrated Data System (CECIDS). Denali works in qualitative, quantitative, and geospatial methods to tackle the big questions of who gets what and why, sharing her work through rigorous descriptive analysis of administrative data, historically grounded narratives, and community conversation. Over the past 20 years, she has studied, advised on, and organized around issues including child and family policy, affordable housing, school budgets, consumer finance, and access to healthcare, transit, and voting. Denali has worked alongside Chicago's Early Childhood community for over a decade and is a former Early Head Start parent.
