Dr. Serah Fatani is a strategy and operations executive with over 20 years of experience in the education sector. She is deeply committed to addressing inequities in educational access and attainment for underrepresented students. She has a proven track record of driving high-profile strategic initiatives in a large complex urban environment, ranging from student assessment, program evaluation, strategic plan development and setting KPIs, establishing and implementing policy recommendations, and building student and family-centered processes.
Serah has a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from DePaul University, an M.A. in Research Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Riverside.
